Having had numerous (negative) experiences with larger/more established estate agents, we were happy to deal with approachable, communicative agents that provided the highest standard in terms of service, everything you would expect for such a life changing purchase. Will was very accomodative and available for the planned visits, providing good insights and advice of what to expect in the area and the property. Jake was excellent in managing the communication with the sellers and making sure that the process was as seamless as possible, providing timely updates and liaising on both ends. Would definitely recommend if you ever have to deal with them.
