Karen Grossman

Lettings Property Manager

As an East End girl, early memories of Forest Gate are; when visiting relatives, seeing cows on Wanstead Flats and the cows would sometimes stray and wander the streets. I started work as a Property Manager over 13 years ago, working for Estates Agents in and out of the area. It’s great to be working back in Forest Gate.

Billy Trayler

Office Trainer

In memory of Billy, 21-11-06 - 21-04-21. It is with heavy hearts that we reflect upon the passing of our dear office companion, Billy, in April 2021. Billy was not just a dog; she was a cherished member of our work family, and her absence has left a void that can never be filled. One of the most endearing qualities of Billy was her unwavering enthusiasm for greeting passersby, especially the children, from her favorite spot by the window. It became a heartwarming routine to see her tail wagging and her paw playfully tapping the glass as she eagerly waved to all who walked by. The joy she brought to those little faces, and the smiles she sparked, were a testament to the positive impact she had on our office and the wider community. Beyond our office walls, Billy became a beloved figure in the Forest Gate community. Her friendly demeanor and welcoming presence endeared her to everyone who crossed her path. Whether it was a neighbor on a morning stroll or a group of kids on their way to school, Billy's wagging tail and friendly demeanor made her a local icon, spreading warmth and happiness wherever she went.
