    The help and support that Wilkinson’s gave us when we sold our house on the Woodgrange Estate was outstanding. Jake’s valuation proved exactly right and Will’s sympathetic coordination of viewings eased what can be a disruptive and difficult process. The photographs were excellent and within days of marketing we had a good offer at the asking price. Having lived there for nearly fifty years, the move was a big wrench for us (it was only necessary as we wanted to be near our young granddaughters) but the team were always there with sound advice and constant reassurance.     Wilkinson Estae Agents have been professional and friendly throughout the whole process of selling my flat. They explained the terms up front at the beginning of the process and were available and approachable throughout. I had 3 buyers pull out so the whole process took over a year until successful completion of the sale, but they have been patient and supportive all along. I would highly recommend them and all the staff I met/dealt with (Jake/Will/Jedd) have been fantastic. A massive thank you to them all.

    Extremely professional and available throughout the buying process; Will and Jake were very easy to deal with. Having had numerous (negative) experiences with larger/more established estate agents, we were happy to deal with approachable, communicative agents that provided the highest standard in terms of service, everything you would expect for such a life changing purchase. Will was very accomodative and available for the planned visits, providing good insights and advice of what to expect in the area and the property.
