It all began with LGBT Forest Gate organizing Forest Gate's first gay pride back in 2017, the first pride was a huge success!
We thank everyone in the community who always turn up and celebrate this great event in which we proudly sponsored, it has always been a long time coming and we look forward to every year.
For those who don't know gay pride or LGBT pride is the positive stance against discrimination and violence toward lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people to promote their self-affirmation, dignity, equality rights, increase their visibility as a social group, build community, and celebrate sexual diversity and gender variance.
Well done to the Wilkinson team for getting the office fabulous.
Jumble Trail is always a huge success!
We’d like to say a massive thank you to the Jumble Trail organiser again for their hard work and dedication to getting the event done brilliantly every year! We’d also like to say thank you to the Forest Gate community for being so welcoming and supportive of this fantastic event.
The play street was a brilliant idea, and it was amazing to see everyone with a huge smile on their faces being able to roam freely on Godwin Road and even get an ice cream which was a lovely surprise. Stalls we’re amazing from clothing, flowers/plants to lovely bakes and even original fireplaces, sorry I couldn’t make it round to you all.
We can honestly say how proud we are to be a sponsor of this event each year with the proceeds going to a local charity.
We’re looking forward to next year already. ❤️
Elftastic! all the staff always have a good time dancing around dressed as Elf's doing gangnam style, cha cha slide and so much more.
Rabbit season, this year for the first time we dressed up as rabbits as part of the summer fete, although it was really warm outside we still gave it our best efforts, bring on next year.
