It all began in 2017, when LGBT Forest Gate hosted the area's very first Pride celebrationa landmark moment and an incredible success.
We’re proud to support this important event and extend our heartfelt thanks to the local community for coming together year after year to celebrate love, inclusion, and diversity. This celebration has been long overdue, and we're excited to see it become a cherished annual tradition.

The Forest Gate Jumble Trail continues to be a resounding success year after year firmly establishing itself as one of the community’s most anticipated events.

This year’s introduction of the play street was nothing short of inspired, bringing a joyful buzz to Godwin Road. It created the perfect atmosphere for neighbours and visitors alike to explore, enjoy ice cream surprises, and browse an eclectic mix of stalls—featuring everything from clothing and plants to homemade bakes and even original fireplaces!

In 2019, we introduced a new theme at the Summer Fete—Rabbit Season! Despite the warm weather, staff embraced the fun by dressing up as rabbits and enthusiastically participating. We're already looking forward to all the events!
Every year, we sponsor the Woodgrange School summer fete. In 2024, the PTA raised an impressive £10,000, enabling them to support school improvements and fund several great projects, including an outdoor zone playground. Huge congratulations and thanks to the PTA and all other supporters!
We were thrilled to kick off our sponsorship of Godwin Junior School’s Summer Fete every year and what a fantastic event it always is!
The fete was a lively celebration filled with something for everyone: a sizzling BBQ, refreshing drinks, a brilliant live band, sweet treats galore (yes, plenty of ice cream!), and an exciting raffle. The school grounds were buzzing with energy, community spirit, and summer fun.
A heartfelt thank you to the Godwin PTA for the opportunity to support such a joyful and well-organised event. It was a pleasure to be involved, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s festivities!
