What Tenants will need to pay when renting a property through Wilkinson Estate Agents

Referencing Fee = £60 per adult (non-refundable)

All adults who will be living at the property must be referenced

If the report is ‘Unacceptable’ you will not be eligible for the property and will not receive a refund.

If the report is ‘Acceptable’ and you are not taken as a tenant, because will still had to carry out the reference you would not receive a refund.

Holding Fee /Administration Fee = £300 per property (non-refundable)

This will ensure that the marketing of the property is put on hold.

This fee is not included in any other amounts due I.E. It does not go towards any other amounts due.

If you decide that you no longer want to rent the property, you will not receive a refund.

If the landlord decides that they do not want to let the property to you, you may be eligible for a refund.

Property Deposit = 6 Weeks rent  

This amount may differ to each property, please ensure that you ask a member of staff.

This deposit is held with a deposit protection scheme until the end of your tenancy.

Rent = Differs for each property

The amount to rent will differ for each property but will normally be for a 6 or 12 month period initially.

The rent is due each calendar month (unless agreed otherwise).
