We are very happy to give you as much advise as possible on the Home Information Packs Scheme. We currently use a company that has been recommended by a local Solicitor to us. We have found this HIP provider to be very professional and the cost of the HIP is very reasonable. Please contact us for any further information.

(Q5) Do you offer mortgage advice?

We recommend you speak to Mortgage Choice Services based in Wanstead High Street on (020) 8989 2556. Please ask to speak to Simon Penn or Simon Djemil who have a wealth of knowledge in the finance industry.

(Q6) Do you deal with lettings?

We are not currently dealing with lettings. However, we are happy recommend a nearby company to you.
